Summer is just around the corner and the calendar is filling up quickly. We hope you are able to join us in Provincetown this year.
This guide will also help you see what's open during our 'secret season', November through April. Many are surprised to learn how many restaurants and shops are open throughout the year and the great entertainment we have. This web site will help you discover all that's open during the various months from November through April so you may plan your trip.
By clicking on any of the monthly tabs at the top of this web site you are able to see restaurants that are open, shops that are open and other visitor services that are available to you. You may also click on the 'Events/Entertainment' page for each month to find other happenings that may be of interest to you.
Our 'secret season' is a great time to visit Ptown. From November 1st through March 31st parking is free in all public lots, there is no metered parking and you can park anywhere on Commercial Street unless it is specifically prohibited. The only time you may not park on Commercial Street is when it is prohibited for the purposes of snow removal.
Guesthouses in town also have reduced rates during this time - that's another reason this is a great time to visit. Come visit us in our 'secret season' !!
And it's never too early to begin planning your trip for next year. While full schedules have not yet been released you can check the 2008 schedules to see what spring and summer are like in Provincetown. Provincetown gets better and better every year so a great time is a sure thing!
